– Responsible for managing and executing projects particularly concerning villas Construction. Including time, quality control and being accountable for project direction
– Ensured accurate setting out and levelling of the works were in accordance with the drawings/specifications.
– Supervised construction and Villas works are as IS standards
– Produced and logged photographic records.
– Surveyed the construction site to ensure the finished grades were as per design.
– Attended construction progress meetings with Clients and Engineers.
– Strategic planner and creative problem solver.
– Good organizational and analytical abilities.
– Flexible to work across all areas of the business, and hours to meet the requirements of the challenging position.
– Capable of Managing projects in all stages.
– Delivering projects to the required quality, timeline and budget
