Five New Lawsuits Filed Against Sean Diddy Combs Over Alleged Sexual Misconduct

Five New Lawsuits Filed Against Sean Diddy Combs Over Alleged Sexual Misconduct. In a significant legal escalation, five new civil lawsuits have been filed against hip-hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs in New York federal court. These cases, brought forward by two men and three women, allege that Combs sexually assaulted them at various parties held in Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas.

One of the lawsuits involves a woman who claims she was just 13 years old at the time of the alleged assault, marking the youngest plaintiff among the new filings.

Combs, currently incarcerated in a Brooklyn jail, is already facing separate federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. He has denied all allegations. His legal team dismissed the new lawsuits as “clear attempts to garner publicity,” reiterating that “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—man, woman, or minor.”

According to the lawsuits, Combs or his associates allegedly spiked the plaintiffs’ drinks at these events, causing them to feel disoriented, dizzy, and disconnected. The lawsuits further allege that Combs either directly assaulted the plaintiffs or facilitated others in doing so.

Several plaintiffs accuse Combs of rape, forced oral sex, and inappropriate physical contact. One particularly disturbing lawsuit alleges that Combs and another male celebrity raped a 13-year-old girl during an after-party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

Another case involves a female independent artist who claims she was drugged and raped at one of Combs’ parties. She says she woke up in pain with rope-like marks on her arms, indicating she had been restrained while unconscious.

A male plaintiff alleges Combs exposed himself to him and sexually assaulted him at an event. Another lawsuit involves a celebrity personal trainer, who claims Combs assaulted him during a party at his Hollywood Hills mansion in 2022. The trainer alleges that Combs forcibly performed non-consensual oral sex on him after bringing him into a small room at the party.

The final lawsuit involves a woman who alleges she was drugged at one of Combs’ parties and later woke up naked in his hotel room, with Combs speaking on the phone nearby.

These new cases add to a growing list of allegations against the music industry icon, including accusations of sexual assault, grooming, and domestic violence over the past year. One attorney representing several plaintiffs indicated that over 100 individuals plan to file similar lawsuits against Combs.

Prosecutors have accused Combs of heading a criminal enterprise involved in kidnapping, forced labor, and bribery, claiming he used threats of violence to force women into participating in drug-fueled orgies with male sex workers.
