- https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/
- Click the link provided above to submit an online application for a new Ayushman card.
- From the login options, choose Beneficiary.
- After entering your 10-digit cellphone number, select the Verify option to confirm it.
- After entering your captcha code and mobile OTP, select Login.
Searching Process:
- Select the option of PMJAY in the scheme section.
- Select your state.
- Select the sub-scheme as per your eligibility like_
- ASHA- If you are an ASHA worker.
- AWW-AWH- If you are an Anganwadi worker/helper.
- BOCW- If you are a labor card holder.
- Deen Dayal Upadhyay- If you are a government employee.
- PM JANMAN9PVTG)- If you come from Scheduled Caste (Tribal) area.
- PMJAY-If you have PM letter.
- PMJAY-AAY- If you are a beneficiary of Antyodaya Anna Yojana.

- Select the Aadhar Card option in the search by option.
- Select the name of your district.
- Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number and click on search icon.
e-KYC Process for Ayushman Card
- Click on the e-KYC icon in the Action column in front of your name.
- Select the medium of e-KYC.
- Tick on the option of Aadhar OTP.
- Enter your twelve digit Aadhaar number and click on Verify option.
- After reading the consent page, click on Allow option.
- Enter Beneficiary OTP and Aadhaar OTP and submit.

- In additional information, click on the camera icon to capture the applicant’s photo live.
- Your matching score will appear on your screen.
- If you want to add mobile number to Ayushman card then click on Yes option.
- Enter the mobile number and click on the verify option.

- Your address will be automatically fetched as soon as you enter the pincode.
- After entering all the information, click on Submit option.
How to Verify Aadhar Card?
- Find your name in the list again and tick the e-KYC option again.
- Tick the Verify option.
- After reading the consent page, click on Allow option.
- Select Aadhar OTP in the type of authentication mode.
- Authenticate by entering Beneficiary OTP and Aadhaar OTP.
How to Download Ayushman Card:
- To download Ayushman Card, click on the link given above.
- Log in to the Beneficiary Portal page through mobile number and OTP.
- Search your name in the list through Aadhaar card.
- Tick the option of download icon in the Action column in front of your name.
- Tick after reading the consent page and click on Allow option.
- Select the mode of authentication to verify the Aadhar card.
- On selecting Aadhar OTP option in authentication mode, enter Beneficiary & Aadhar OTP and click on Authenticate option.
- Download Ayushman Card by ticking the box in front of your photo.
